The original catalogues may contain spelling mistakes. I therefore suggest trying out various spellings or parts of the name (ie. Ducos du Hauron may be recorded as Ducos Duhauron -he sometimes signed that way- hence, you could get better results typing just "ducos"). Enterprises may be listed by generic terms like "société" or "firme". If you wish to access the patent contents, you will need the patent number and go or ask the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (I.N.P.I. in Paris). If the patent doesn't have a number, you will need the year, name and title.
